Are you looking for the next bottle of bubbly to rock out alongside a charcuterie board with funky cheese and salty meat? This cider is the solution. This is a dry sparkling cider from Brittany in France. This cider is big on flavors, a little bit funky on the nose almost mushroom and barnyard (in the best way) with amazing minerality and salinity on the palate. While this cider is dry, there are some nice pleasant fruity notes of baked apples on the finish that help to balance out the earthy secondary notes. I particularly enjoy this with a decadent Blue Stilton cheese, just don't plan on kissing your loved ones after.
