The Fiorano estate is located in the Marches region and overlooks the Adriatic Sea. A 16 ha estate dedicated to the slew of native varieties in the area including the white Pecorino grape.

Pecorino, the wine from Central and Eastern Italy has no known relation to the cheese of the same name from Sardinia. Regardless, this is a yummy wine that would be great with a salty sheep's milk cheese. Bright and fresh, with nice acidity and a wonderful textured mouthfeel, this wine checks all the boxes and just demands to be drunk and enjoyed.
