This usunigori sake made using the waters from Mount Kaikoma in Yamanashi Prefecture. With a second fermentation in bottle with small particles of rice, this slightly cloudy dry sparkling sake is refreshing and medium-bodied. Fragrant, yet light, this will pair well with shrimp tempura.
