Tasting Notes

A voluptuous, full-bodied rosé Champagne that works well at the table. Winemaker, Fabrice Pouillon, has been making compelling bubbles since taking over the estate in 1998. The color comes from a 12 hour skin maceration of Pinot Noir from two vine plots, one of which is from selection massale planted vines in 1965. Dry on the palate yet rich in red berried fruits.
