A family estate with vines planted in sand, gravel and iron-based soils. After a natural tank fermentation, the wines are transferred into barrels and aged in cask before bottling. On the palate you'll find earth, fruit, structure and tannins that are present but do not overpower. A blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc (nearly 25%).

About the Producer

St. Émilion, Bordeaux, France At the age of 33, Frédéric Leydet runs these family estates which span two appellations: Pomerol and Saint-Emilion Grand Cru. Passed down through the generations, Frederic’s father Bernard Leydet began running these estates in 1962 with only a few hectares.
