Staff Pick Notes

This refreshing foot-trodden gem of a wine from Santiago del Teide on Tenerife is a lighter, easy drinking alternative to many heavier Spanish reds. Its fresh red fruit, floral, and black pepper flavors are seriously delicious Light in color and moderate in alcohol and body, this red is a true pleasure to drink. Traditional growing and harvesting techniques, without the use of chemicals, allow the grapes and volcanic soils to really fully express themselves without too much human meddling. The Listán Prieto grape, also known as the Mission grape, is the star of this show with support from 5% Tintilla The high altitude of the vineyards give it a beautiful acidic kiss. So pucker up, grab a glass and this bottle will be gone in no time.
