Paolo Vodopivec is in the same camp as Gravner but makes wines remarkably different. First, the color is a light golden color, you would hardly think of this as an orange wine. This is fermented in amphorae and aged 2 1/2 years in botti. Vodopivec works solely with Vitovska in his six hectares of vineyards, believing this grape to be the true voice of the Carso.
