A distinctly California spirit with a heart made of clementines grown at a multi-generation family ranch in Bakerfield and the additions of juniper, pink peppercorn, grapefruit peel, pistachio and more. The gin is citrus forward as it should be but with ample spice and earth to balance things out. The texture is lithe, almost ethereal, a far cry from many hard edged and sharp gins out there. A bottle of sunshine that will radiate in good flavors in your cocktails. Highly recommend.
