This bitter is made with a grape base of Grignolino from Piedmont. The color is deep cherry, as opposed to the typical chocolate color of most bitters. The resulting bitter is much more fruit-driven. Full of cherries and quinine. This can be enjoyed straight or, try it with ice and an orange rind as garnish.
