This straight rye whiskey was aged in new handmade charred oak barrels.This release was distilled in a small copper pot still on San Francisco's Potrero Hill at the Anchor Distillery, from a mash of 100% single malt rye. The flavors are bold and dynamic with equal parts oak and grain contributing to the excitement on the palate.
