Massa Vecchia, "Ariento" - 2020

Item # 10732 750mL

This is a white Tuscan wine with remarkable character that comes from the upper Maremma in the town of Massa Marittima. The Massa Vecchia winery was founded in 1985 and is a small winery with a mere 6 hectares of farmland dedicated to vineyards, olives and grains. Golden in color with dried apricots, lemon peel and flinty minerality. Will flourish with age. Fermented and aged in older oak barrels then bottled unfiltered with no added sulphur. A richer, complex, full-bodied white wine with endless character. Drink with only a slight chill.
