David Léclapart is the 4th generation to farm his family’s 3 hectare estate, located in Trépail, a premier cru village that specializes in Chardonnay in the Montagne de Reims. The vines are 30 to 50 years old and were hand-harvested then fermented spontaneously in a combination of neutral oak and steel vats. No dosage was added.
