Domaine Du Closel offers this youthful Chenin Blanc cuvée, made in a more modern, approachable style. Organic grapes are harvested early to retain crisp acidity, then rested on the lees for 9 months, protected from oxygen. Fermentation and élevage in oak brings another layer of thoughtfulness to this wine lover’s favourite.
