Côtes-du-Rhône Villages Signargues, SVP - 2022

Item # 22025 750mL

This Villages Côtes-du-Rhône offers a significant step up in quality from a basic Côtes-du-Rhône. Signargues was just granted "named village" status in 2005. This red wine relies more heavily on the Syrah grape than many Côtes-du-Rhône wines, and offers pulpy mixed dark berries, spices, and lithe tannins on the finish. Pair with burgers.

Syrah

Let it never be said, however, that Shiraz and Syrah are the same thing: the region in which the grape is grown determines much about the flavor of the wine it will produce.
