Chardonnay clones from Burgundy were planted in this vineyard for the first time in Santa Barbara County. This full-bodied dry white is carefully made to be approachable when young, but also able to age. Fermented and aged on the lees in oak barrels, this has notes of sweet spice, orchard fruit, and dairy. Pair with Oysters Rockefeller.
