Staff Pick Notes

Beaujolais Day is never frowned upon in my household, and we have come a long way since light red bubblegum juice. These days there is some serious winemaking going into our fun yearly vintage preview. Here you will find some real aromatics of violet, juicy red fruits, and cassis. Additionally, the grapes come from soils with a good amount of limestone so we do get a slight mineral character. Keep this wine simple, drink with a chill, and grab a Italian hero from the deli.
