If you need to find a wine to match with your Mediterranean herb seasoned, fish of your choice, look no further! While being floral and quite aromatic it's crisp acidity and herbaceous character on the palate works well with a little rosemary/thyme. In the high altitude these two grapes produce high quality fruit and reflect the limestone and clay soils they are grown in. They are handpicked and gently pressed to retain perfection. With state of the art production methods the Kokotos family is poised to attract many fans here looking to expand there knowledge of indigenous Greek grape varietals!

Moschofilero

Pronounced "mos ko FEE le ro", this white grape is often compared to Gewürztraminer. This beautiful white variety possesses a distinctly floral nose and a palate of lychee, rose, and exotic spices.

Sauvignon Blanc

Few varietals have spawned as bizarre a list of descriptors as Sauvignon Blanc. Believe it or not, “cat pee” is in fact a complimentary tasting note, associated with some of the best bottlings.
