Tasting Notes

Produced in much the same fashion as sloe gin, this is produced using Damson plums. These plums are harvested in the fall and all of them come from New York State. The taste is tart, fruity, spicy and just a little sweet. Perfect for your punch making and fizzy gin drinks.
