Bonnes Mares, Georges Roumier

Bonnes Mares, Georges Roumier - 2020

Item # 26230 750mL

Mythic does not begin to describe this rare red from famed producer Georges Roumier. The domaine uses a generous 40 - 50% new wood on its Grand Crus and the Bonnes Mares spent 15 - 18 months in barrel. From a tiny parcel in the fabled vineyard of Bonnes Mares, one finds the most traditional of Pinot Noirs, available in the most minute quantities. A prize for any collector. Please decant this young wine if serving soon and pair with a special meal of roast goose with a chanterelle / chestnut stuffing.
