Chablis, Vincent Dauvissat

Chablis, Vincent Dauvissat - 2019

Item # 28274 750mL

A very giving Chablis, with a complex array of aromas, like anise, white flowers and apricots to complement the classic minerality of this terroir-driven wine. More rounded on the palate, an open bouquet of peach blossoms present on a palate backed up with a citrus-fresh finish. Vincent Dauvissat is the current generation of this storied estate. The Domaine has been estate-bottling their wines since 1931, longer than most of their neighbors. High standards in the vineyards and an extra year in Nevers oak gives these wines their unique texture and focus.

It is a flexible, eager-to-please grape, responding well to just about anything a winemaker...
