Biodynamic

Wine made from grapes grown organically using natural composting techniques and special preparations of herbal sprays while following the astronomical calendar.

Tasting Notes

Stretching over nine hectares, Le Haut-Lieu provides extremely deep limestone and brown clay soils. The heavy soils result in richer and rounder character in this wine. This is a very expressive Chenin Blanc with orange blossom, honeysuckle, and apple. Mouthwatering, juicy finish.

Just trust your palate! Unknown grapes? Vintage of the century? Empty your brain Never doubt yourself This is the beverage of the gods Unless it is yours Savor it with your love
