What would you like to know about this wine? I could lead off with the technical bits like Elbling was once Germany's most widely planted grape. Or I could say that the variety is high in acid and low in sugar, making for a low ABV wine that ripens well in areas where Riesling does not. Or how about this? Elbling is a bright, zesty, eye opener of a wine! Lemony citrus and subtle white flowers make for a zippy, mouth-watering thrill ride on the palate. Looking at this bottle may not conjure images of Felix Unger from the Odd Couple, but this juice is definitely "happy and peppy and bursting with love!" If you get my drift and this sounds like you want it, then what are you waiting for? Get a filet or two of Branzino on your way home & queue up some reruns on TV Land for a really good time.
