ARE YOU STILL WATCHING NETFLIX

This is textbook New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc, with loads of over-the-top tropical and citrus fruit and boisterous acidity. Its the stereotypical mid-summer wine, all about refreshment and ease. But what do you do with a wine like this in the middle of winter? Easy: drink this anyway and forget about the winter's misery. Pretend you already did your taxes, pretend that plant in the window isn't really dying, pretend you'll get around to running that half-marathon, and that no, you aren't still watching Netflix. This is the party guest that doesn't know when to leave, so keep the party going. (It is very delicious) -James
