Glenglassaugh Revival Single Malt Scotch

Item # 36356 750mL

A solid re-introduction to this brand after way too long of a gap. But thankfully Revival and the other whiskies to come here are worth the wait. Aged in a combination of first fill and re-fill casks before being finished for six months in first fill oloroso sherry casks. The telltale fruit of these whisky is there in spades eventually giving way to more earth driven flavors of rich malt and delicate oak.

Glenglassaugh (pronounced Glen-gla-ssoch) distillery was revived in 2008, and with it, a style of whisky I think we all need to remember.
