A limited cellar release from one of the top estates in the Languedoc. This is a soulful red wine from the south of France. The vines are 25-30 years old and are palnted in red soils with ancient glacial deposits. After fermentation, the wine aged for 15 months in oak (5% new).

Dolcetto
