Tasting Notes

The holdings of Domaine Dauvissat equal a mere 3/4 of a hectare; their vines are located at a high crest of a hillside on the right bank of the Serein, close to the neighboring Grand Cru "Bourgos." Always plump and generous, a spritely bouquet lifts from the glass, tending towards floral tones and succulent precision, especially in a beautiful, balanced vintage. A sin to drink now, unless you've already cellared a few bottles, especially from a superb vintage.
