How do you pronounce it? "gun-lock-bun-shoe" How best to enjoy it? with family, friends and certainly even cheeseburgers. Gundlach Bundschu have been producing classic Californian wines for 160 years and six generations, farming and producing from their estate vineyard at the crossroads of the Sonoma Valley, Carneros and Napa Valley appellations. Today they are one of just 25 vineyard in the world certified as Regenerative Organic Certified. This expression of Cabernet Sauvignon is deeply garnet, medium-plus bodied and long sipping. Black plum and date fruit round out to a soft tannin. A cool and even quality provails in this wine given the 18 month spent in French oak in cellars underneath the hill beside the vineyards.
