Lys-rød No. 33, Strohmeier - NV

Item # 38281 750mL

A juicy, still rosé from one of our favorite Austrian producers. The wine is made from 35-40 year Blauer Wildbacher vines. Schilcher is a typical product of the Styrian region, characterized by bright acidity and tart cherry flavors.

The length of finish, fresh acidity, touch of herbaceousness, and river stone-like minerality add to the seriousness of the wine. Super refreshing on a summery autumn day. Try with blistered shishito peppers.
