Viticulture at the Nikolaihof estate goes back 2000 years. This is Austria's oldest winery that has been Biodynamic since the 1970s. Neuburger is a cross between Roter Veltliner and Silvaner. This wine is simply delicious showing aromas of yellow plums, spring flowers, fresh raw nuts and minerals. Dry on the finish and medium-bodied. Quite a stunner.
