Since the 1950s, the Zucchi estate has been producing wines on their 10 Ha property in the heart of Lambrusco di Sorbara. Current winemaker Sylvia Zucchi has various cuvées under her belt, but this stands out as a unique yet affordable sparkler. Made of 100% Trebbiano, this bianco frizzante is dry with a delicate bouquet of white lily and dandelion floral aromas. Flavors of green apples and lemon zest backed by vivacious acidity and light pétillance lends itself as an excellent aperitivo or a suitable alternative for Prosecco.
