A dry, white sparkling wine. Labrusca is the ancient Roman name for the family of Lambrusco grape varieties, believed by many to be among the earliest grapes used to produce wine. Bianco means white and this is made from the Salamino grape variety. Dry and made in the classic Martinotti method of making Lambrusco.
