Tosba Dua Warash Mezcal

This is the rarest release to date from the Tosba range of mezcals and it is also the first ever commercial release of the Warash agave, indigenous to the area near the distillery. Produced from plants that yielded a total batch of 180 bottles, the spirit was rested for a year and a half in glass prior to bottling. The time spent resting has harmonized the disparate elements of the mezcal bringing together notes of summer berries, lime zest and Thai basil with a texture that is dense, oily and savory. A big, powerful spirit.
