Tasting Notes

Aged in a majority of first fill ex-sherry casks fashioned from European oak, this is arguably the most complex of the current core range from GR. Once this dram opens up, their is a wide range of flavors to dive into including mirabelle plums, sultanas, poached anjou pears and spicy ginger. The palate us luscious but more savoury than the aromas with tastes of semi-bitter chocolate, laced with sea salt and espresso grounds.
