Tasting Notes

Mark our words, this brand is set to completely re-define (and in some cases define outright) what Australian whisky is all about. Lead by visionary founder David Vitale, Starward is delivering what is still too elusive for this category, something distinctively Australian and distinct at incredibly accessible value for the category. Two-Fold doubles down on that narrative, no pun intended, with a mash-bill of wheat and malted barley aged for a minimum of 2yrs exclusively in select Aussie red wine barrels, with many coming from some of the countries top vintners. The profile drifts easily from tropical fruits to island spices, red apples and berries and mixed grains. Without question this should be a new staple for your rotation of go-tos.

Shiraz production tends to be...
