Before coming out with her own line of California wines, Martha Stoumen worked at the famed COS winery in Sicily. Now she's crafting Nero d'Avola in California and has turned out a beautifully pure wine with supple tannins and fresh acidity. An excellent choice for the table. The grapes are sourced from the Benson Ranch Vineyard, Ukiah, Mendocino County and Fox Hill Vineyard, Talmage Bench, Mendocino County. Both vineyards are dry farmed and are never treated with pesticides, herbicides, and synthetic fungicides.
