Tasting Notes

Timorasso is a local white grape variety most commonly planted in the Derthona area of Piedmont. This comes from a 1 hectare vineyard in the town of Montemarzino. The vines are planted mainly in limestone and clay soils. Fermented with ambient yeast and aged for 2 years in large, used French oak casks.
