From vines planted on sloped, mountain bush vines. The quality is high as the vines are not irrigated and are planted in granitic soils. After hand-harvesting, the fruit is crushed into open concrete tanks for fermentation. The wine is finished in a combination of old casks and concrete tanks. Made from a blend of local red grapes.
