A third generation family estate. Winemakers Betty and Franck Millet make this Sauvignon Blanc in the Pouilly-Fumé area of the Loire Valley. The soils are a mix of clay, limestone and flint - adding a mineral aspect to this gorgeous white wine. This Pouilly-Fumé is rich on the palate and an ideal before-dinner drink that pairs well with anything seafood.
