Domaine de L'Oubliée, is Xavier Courant's 7 ha estate in the commune of Saint-Patrice. This Pét-Nat is made from his small parcel of Chenin Blanc planted in clay, flint and limestone soils. No sulfur is added, it’s fermented with ambient yeasts, and it's farmed using biodynamic methods. You might find this wine to be gone before you’ve had enough.
