Bloomer Creek, Skin-Fermented Riesling Pétillant Naturel - 2021

Item # 42583 750mL

This family-run winery has a prime spot that overlooks Seneca Lake in the Finger Lakes region of New York. This aromatic Pét-Nat is rich, complex and vibrant and is made from Riesling that was fermented on the skins. You'll see the golden color as a result in addition to the cloudiness that is so pervasive in these Pétillant Naturels. No sulphur was added to this wine. Enjoy chilled.
