The Chenin Blanc grapes are hand-harvested, pressed then macerated as whole bunches for 1 month in tank. This is an orange wine. The wine is lightly filtered and sulfured before bottling. Christine and Joel Ménard have been making wine for more than 30 years. Just a decade ago, their wines were not well-known and we could purchase as much as we liked. No longer a secret, their wines are now highly allocated.

Maceration times can vary between a few hours to many months, with longer contact giving more color and extraction.
