Banyuls is a fortified wine from the south of France. This is winemaker Manuel di Vecchi Staraz's masterpiece of a dessert wine. The very old vines (80+) are planted in schist soils which clearly complement the complex, sweet nature of this robust wine. Aged in old barrel before bottling.
