Essentially a mezcal made in the north, this 100% agave spirit made in Sotol country was distilled in February of 2020 by Master Vinatero Romel with a total yield of only 59 liters. Expressive, deeply textured, layered with flavors of the orchard and earth and well balanced. A world class spirit.
