Staff Pick Notes

As some who drinks a ton of wine, Nebbiolo is one of the most frustrating grapes. An elegant but robust red, with aromas of dried cherries, wild flowers, tar, and graphite and good balance of both tannin and acidity. Drink it with mushroom pizza, risotto with truffles, or just a simple ribeye preparation.
