One of the rare, white Premier Cru Burgundies from the Côte de Nuits. This comes from a monopole vineyard owned by Domaine Joliet. The vines were planted in the coolest part of the chalky vineyard in 1990 by Bégnine Joliet as a nod to the past when monks planted Chardonnay in this very vineyard.
