A blend of Garganega from several parcels, the vines age between 30 to 60 years old. All grapes are hand-harvested, and the wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel. This dry white sees five months of lees aging give a rich texture. Graziano Prà began bottling his family's estate's wines for the first time in the 1980s. He has since become renowned as crafting some of Italy's finest white wines. Pair with a bountiful seafood stew.

This a delicious wine from Veneto. The grapes, 100% indigenous Garganega, are picked from different parcels of different ages, from 30 to 70 years old. The soil is volcanic. All these components create body, texture and rich flavors. This grape also produces great dessert wines. Soave in the past had a slightly bad reputation. Wine used to be weak and without personality. Garganega now is going through a renaissance moment and Otto is great example of this change. You can smell flowers aroma like jasmine and green apple. On the palate almond and citrus flavors are followed by a great minerality and a pleasant acidity. A delicious wine that can be drunk as an aperitif but also pair well with different dishes such as seafood or roasted chicken.
