This female founded and operated brand wonderfully illustrates how this often maligned category is in truth brimming with potential. Made from local, organic grown corn in the finger lakes, the spirit is intentionally distilled to retain a real sense of place, and flavor of where and what it comes from. The spirit was left unfiltered as well and at a higher proof (88) than most vodkas to preserve the lush, pillowy soft texture and to ensure its delicious earthy, vanilla flavors hold their own in any drink. Inside is an impressive spirit that is distilled to 88 proof (higher than your average vodka), which makes it up to the task of contributing to serious and complex creations while remaining smooth and sippable.
