The prized and precious oxidized white wine of the Jura is made here without any addition of sulphur. The domaine uses as little intervention as possible, and very traditional methods. Entirely Savagnin, aged in foudres sous voile for the required 7 years without topping off, this is a rich and savory dry white. Pair with intense cheese, and mushroom dishes.
