Tasting Notes

A robust red wine made from a blend of fruit coming from the Columbia Valley, Wahluke Slope and Horse Heaven Hills. The wine is aged in French oak (20% new) for 15 months before bottling. On the palate, you'll find spice, cassis and ample fruit to pair alongside skirt steak and grits.
