A white wine from 100+ year old Listán Blanco grapes trained by braiding the branches- a practice known as Cordon Trenzado. Fermented with native yeasts in cement tanks and then aged in large, old oak foudres for 9 months. Delicious on the palate, improves with air, lush and mineral driven. Enjoy with smoked seafood.

White tequila, an official type (tipo) for tequila bottled fresh from the still, or allowed to rest in stainless steel tanks for up to sixty days before bottling. It is never aged in wooden barrels. Also known as plata, plato, and silver tequila. Usually the most robust, strong-flavoured of the tequila types.
